Remedial
massage is suitable for clients wanting to focus on a certain area of
injury, pain or discomfort. Combining deep tissue techniques,
stretches and hot stones, it is possible to get great relief from pain.
It
is normal to experience some pain during and after a remedial massage
due to relieving tension and restrictions within the muscles but it
should not last more than a day or two after the treatment.
